Is there a Drupal extension to migrate a site from Joomla to Drupal?

londer.ru is made on Joomla 3.6 (Materials, tags, categories, templates, menu items), How to export them to Drupal 8?

I think that there are probably no simple ready-made solutions, there is a module for old Drupal 7 and Joomla 1.5
Also here is a manual on how to do migration

Build a base on Drupal and use some sort of parser to take information.
xandeadx has a parser, but it seems to be only for 7.

The easiest way is to use the migrate module and write your own migration classes to it. Most often, migrations have logic specific only to a specific project, so it’s better not to look for a completely automatic solution, but to implement your own.

I wrote a data dump from the database in JSON and imported it into Drupal via Feeds.
It all depends on the site structure and materials.
