Telegram seems to support multiple accounts in one app. I don’t know about viber, whatsapp - not yet.
There is a jailbroken iPhone app that allows you to do this.
There is one very suspicious way for non-jailbroken, which involves installing someone else's certificate - but I would not advise anyone)
