How to write an iOS app for personal use?
I am an iPhone user, I want to write an application for my personal use. I know about the Apple Developer Program, but I don’t want to give 99 greenbacks for the right to use my own application. Jailbreak is not afraid. Suggest options to solve the problem, please.

you can use your client-server web application
local server distributes your application for mobile devices via Wi-Fi
data is stored in the browser cache and in the server file system the
web application can be made autonomous
Is it possible to create an ios application just for yourself?
The $99 fee is only required for publishing in the App Store, and if you are not afraid of Jailbreak, then you do not need to publish the application in the App Store, therefore $99 is not necessary.
But you will need a PC with OS X to create and compile the application.
Therefore, if you do not have an Apple computer, then you will either have to install Hackintosh, or OS X in a virtual machine, or rent a VPS with OS X, the third method is the easiest, you don’t need to install anything, you don’t need powerful hardware, and unlike Hackintosh it will be the original OS X, there will also be a remote desktop, you can install the Xcode IDE and the iOS simulator and they will work, but this method is paid, such a server costs $ 30 per month.
Xcode
