This is done for security reasons. You cannot add your own code to a Bitrix iframe. All interaction is carried out only through the described possibilities.

Those. you insert Someone else's site -- iframe --> Your site -- Bitrix24 code --> Bitrix24??
You need the Y.Metrica code to be on your site.
If you insert:
External site --- widget --> Bitrix24
Then you need the YM code to be installed on the external site
