How to make your own syntax and function hints for Bitrix. What is needed is not so much ready-made bases (although they are too), but the mechanism itself. Understanding it, I would spend time compiling my own tips, since a beginner developer is interested in everything, even quite elementary.
I looked for information, but all the databases, for example, for PhPStorm, are outdated.
