How to insert such block with images in ModX?

There is a site running MODX and there is such a page , with a div class "banner". How can I add a div with this class to other pages of the site and make it display different images? Is it possible to do this through the site's admin panel or do I need to edit the source code somewhere? I am just starting to master MODX, so I will be grateful if you indicate in which direction to dig.

To start.
This page has a template of some sort.
You need to find the template for this page.
In the right place, write it like this:
In our case, is a template variable (template variable, TV, additional variable)
You need to create an additional variable, name it banner, assign image type to it
and add it to the required template.
After that, when editing the RESOURCE, you will already have a new tab - additional variables, where you can add a banner specifically for the RESOURCE.
