How to insert a simple 3d object into a website?

Good afternoon. We need to implement some animation. One of the scenes - moving away from the object with a parallel decrease in it (I think to implement it through scale) and turning around this object (like we fly away from the station in a spiral). The object will be, in fact, in 3D, they will be issued in the required format, or we will overtake it. What libraries-tools should be used for this? I would be very grateful for any information on these technologies. Thank you!
