How to insert a line break when bulk replacing (Find and Replace) text in Netbeans?

Find all opening PHP tags (i.e. "<?") and replace them with opening tag + line break.
Those. I need to figure out what to write in the "Replace with:" field of the "Replace..." dialog in Netbeans.
Type constructions:

<?\r\n
<?\n
<?&#010
<?U+0085

didn't work.
Any thoughts?
