How to insert a clickable link into the description of a business process in Bitrix?

I set up the logic in the business process template constructor. Added link variable.
I use the "Approval of the document" block. Description text uses link.
I programmatically launch a business process, pass an arbitrary address as a link parameter.
Everything works well, but users see the link in the form of text in the business process interface, you can’t click on it.
I tried passing the link parameter like this link . But the user sees not a link, but a link .
Actually the question is how to transfer the html code to the business process?
