How to increase web push transfer speed?

Actually, there is a service that sends push notifications.
The implementation uses the solution

minishlink/web-push

. The batch method and the simple method - all send for a long time (we have 15 thousand subscribers). Is there any way to speed up shipping?

Need more details. We tested in PushAll, in 10 threads of 300 notifications of 0.2 seconds each can be sent if fcm is used. This gives in theory 15 thousand notifications per second.
