How to increase the height of the combo box in Google Chrome?

Good afternoon. There is CRM, it has one problem - the list box is very narrow, it is difficult to search and select the necessary items. Most likely, the explicit height is not set there, and by default Chrome only gives 4 items in the list.
Does anyone know an extension or setting that will allow you to increase the number of items in the default or make the field somehow taller?
I would like to do this on the client side, at the browser level.
