For those who have the same situation on the open server, do the following:
1) Advanced -> Configuration -> Apache-PHP-7.2 (the version may be higher if you are from the future)
2) two text files will open: Apache-PHP- 7.2_vhost.conf and Apache-PHP-7.2_server.conf. We close the first one.
3) In the second, we are looking for Timeout, change 30 to something more, I indicated 900 (15 minutes). At first I indicated 300, but it was not enough, maybe 600 is also normal.
