How to increase RAM for an inactive tab in chrome?
I created my own js application that parses other sites (well, for example), and when the n-th amount of news has accumulated, a signal sounds. So everything works fine, but sometimes there is a feeling that the signal does not always play. I began to understand, I read that in chrome, if the tab is inactive, then chrome cuts it the resources that it needs to work. And so a question how to remove restrictions for such case? Or what else can be done?
ps
I tried to launch the application in firefox, the situation is similar. I am 100% sure there is no error in the code, this is a clear bug. Since in 80% of cases it works.
And the same thing if you minimize the window, or open another application on top of the window. It's not specifically about taba.
js with a length of 1 a4 sheet. There is nothing extra. There are about 2-5 ajax requests per minute, json conversion, packaging by html tags and animation on the screen, and a couple more small cycles and working with cookies. The open app works perfectly and fast. True, sometimes if I run an application on one monitor and a movie in KMP on the other, fps drops to 10 2 times per minute in the movie. This is also a little annoying, it most likely falls during an ajax request. And I don’t even know if this is a problem in KMP or nvidia, or a card (gtx 670), since I get 200 fps. One 3D monitor.
I have a very rare and nasty problem, I googled - it helped, I found a toaster =)
