How to increase current (voltage) on USB in Debian?

Can this be done with commands?

So current or voltage? USB according to the standard go to 5V, but the current is usually 0.5A, on USB3.0 the current is higher. There's not much you can do without a soldering iron.

Well, firstly, not voltage, but maximum current. On USB 3.0, you can increase the maximum current, in principle.
For Windows use, for example, ASUS AI Charger. And for Linux I saw this , but I did not try it myself. So at your own risk.
