How to include in the price of the goods, its delivery from the supplier to the store?

Tariffs depend on the weight and volume, density of the cargo.

As a rule, transport companies have a shipping cost calculator.
fill out the calculator, see what requests are flying - you send the same requests from the back.
i.e. the logic will be something like this
. received the weight / volume / density of the cargo -> sent the data to the transport company -> received the approximate cost of delivery (if necessary, multiply by additional kf. I think there will be such cases sometimes)
Total = cost of goods + Shipping cost
* If the supplier is the only one and the store, too, I think it makes sense to just put a fixed shipping cost into a constant. I don't think prices will fluctuate much. Again, you can lay a little more for the economy to converge exactly.
** If there are not so many suppliers - again, just for each of them, take the average price of how much it cost you to deliver the goods to the store and follow the note above
