Adequate Russian Post API?

This question has already been asked here, but all the answers do not fit.
The native mail api returns completely different prices and terms, besides, there are restrictions on the number of requests, the TP does not work.
the most optimal edost, but it has a limit on the most expensive tariff - 4000 per day, which is back to back.
What other options are there?...
And you need to calculate both the time and the price
. PS I didn’t think that the calculation of the most popular delivery is such a hassle....

If you need to consider cash on delivery, then I can offer my solution
blog.ivru.net/?id=76 see the 4th and 5th textarea blocks You need the postRussianLib.php library in the 5th textarea block it is described how to work with it.
Keep in mind that I had to write a cash on delivery case with an insurance cost of 1 ruble, which I did. But the whole library in the form of a single file shows how requests work if you go in to remake it for yourself.
I can also answer here if I have any questions.
