How to include a library in Code::Blocks?

I think the question is from the category "for dummies", but still ...
I downloaded the library from github, did it for the first time and now I decided to try it ... But the library does not want to connect. Can you tell me what's what in this issue?
I'm screwing in C++, in Code:Blocks. It seems that I added all the paths, but I didn’t add the linker, since it doesn’t exist :) Or I don’t understand something.
