How to improve the speed of access to services for China?

Share your experience on how to provide Chinese residents with their services without huge delays? At the moment, having services located in the Russian Federation, Europe and the USA, when opening from China, they give big delays, apparently because of their great firewall. Not static, don't offer CDN.

there, as far as I understand, difficulties arise, it’s easier in Singapore (but will it save?)
