How to improve the accuracy of geolocation?

Greetings! I'm trying to write an application on ionic 2, the problem is with geolocation, or rather with its accuracy. Leads 30 meters away from my correct location. Are there any libraries that improve the accuracy of geolocation? I searched the Internet, but found nothing but the built-in enableHighAccuracy option (which, according to the idea, should improve accuracy, but actually does not change anything) did not find anything. I am already inclined to believe that the accuracy that is normal for me cannot be achieved, I hope that I am mistaken (I need a spread of a maximum of 5 meters). Who has any suggestions?
Thank you for your attention!

External module + external antenna - you can get 5 m;
+ differential corrections from the base station - then we can talk about submeter values.
If we talk about a smartphone lying in your pocket, where instead of an antenna there are wires, then 30 m is still good.

In general, I spent a lot of time on Google and I can say that it is still impossible to get accurate geolocation on a regular smartphone. As freeExec said, if there was an antenna, something might have happened, but alas :(
