How to improve SEO for a CV/portfolio site with 2-3 pages with almost no content?

There is a CV/portfolio site, several pages. They rarely change, there is zero useful content for others. Only my works, contacts, reviews....
How can I make this site feel good in terms of SEO? If at all possible

You did not write the most important thing - why do you need it?
If you want people who got to your site to order your services, or read your articles and look at your work, these are 2 different tasks. Based on them, you need to do certain actions with the site.
