Moving the site to a new domain, which host to register in robots?

On Yandex here
https://yandex.ru/support/webmaster/yandex-indexin...
It is written that:

Set the Host directive in the robots.txt files of all mirrors, provided that the content on the sites is identical. In particular, use the Host directive if you have specified a new domain as an alias for an existing domain in the hosting control panel.

To glue the mirrors, the Yandex robot only needs the Host directive in the robots.txt files for all mirrors. The redirect is optional.
Make sure that all methods of linking mirrors you use (both redirects and Host directives for each mirror) point to the same main site mirror. Otherwise, the robot may choose not the domain that your site is moving to as the main mirror.

Who glued, tell me, in the robot, the host directive both there and now register there on the main domain? Did I understand correctly?

Yes, I understood correctly. From the old domain, you can generally redirect to the new domain.
