How to improve export quality in Inkscape?

Inkscape v.0.91
Linuxmint 17.2
Regular office PC, built-in vidyuha.
For some reason, when exporting to .png, the image quality is cut, as if it is too compressed.
Can you tell me if something can be done about it? How and where to set up export (I did not find it in the settings)?
Does the video card affect the quality of the export?

It all depends on the initial data that you did not specify. Was the picture created using Inca or was it imported? If created, there should be no problems. But the program has one problem with import - by default, all imported pictures are 90 dpi (because this is the internal resolution of the program, and, unfortunately, you cannot change it). And if their native resolution was less, then it naturally stretches and lathers them.
How I do it: I look at the original size of the picture (in any viewer), import and retype the correct numbers into the height-width fields (the units of measurement from millimeters to pixels are changed in the document properties - Shift + Ctrl + D). After that it should export normally.
But! Keep in mind that the export is also subject to this 90 dpi limit. For example, if you set the image resolution for export to 90 dpi, its size will not change, but if you want, for example, to export a 512x512 picture with a resolution of 72 dpi, then the picture should be 640x640 in the program.
This is really very inconvenient, and you need to constantly monitor the numbers, I hope they will fix it someday, because the rest of the editor is excellent (well, except for optimization).
Export settings: Shift+Ctrl+P > raster, but it's useless to change the import permission, it doesn't affect anything.
