How to improve English to the level of viewing/reading technical articles/videos?
I want to improve my English to the level of viewing [Stanford University] Developing iOS 7 Apps for iPhone and iPad (with subs) and reading technical articles.
At the moment I'm watching at a speed of .75, I understand the main part, but when there are some indentations, only slides help, but not always.

I myself would like to find a quick way, but, as life shows, to the question "How to learn someskill?" there is only one correct answer "Practice someskill". If you want to learn to read, read. If you want to learn how to speak, speak. If you want to learn to understand by ear - listen. Watch without translation - look. If you want to learn how to write code, write code. Etc. 90% practice.
UPD You can watch the video of this girl (I liked it, and I notice positive changes):
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5
