Which universities provide distance learning in Europe and the USA?

Now I have an associate's degree. Because I have been working in IT for 6 years, where a diploma was not needed or was not asked due to age, then I do not consider a hospital or correspondence course, so as not to break out in the middle of the working week for reading / checking. But the remote control turned out to be both flexible and interesting. Yes, and it is curious to try out training programs in the West. Are there those who had experience of receiving higher education in a distance form or where can I read more about this (as of at least 2016)? Universities are of interest, not sites with courses, such as coursera or udemy, but places whose diplomas will cost something when employed.
