How to import tasks from YouTrack to TFS?

It is required to synchronize the operation of YouTrack and Team Foundation Server. YouTrack does not have the ability to integrate with TFS. Proof How in this case to import tasks from YT to TFS? I'm looking towards the REST API , but I don't know yet how to connect it all.
