How to import posts in rss wp?

Hello masters.
Please tell me a normal plugin for creating an rss feed, a site on wordpress. It is desirable that when adding a new entry, a new entry is immediately added to rss (without cron). And I need all posts to be included in the feed.
I found several plugins rss agregator, rss post import, and many more analogues. But there are too many, I don't know which one to choose.
What do you use?
