How to import from Evernote to OneNote 2013?

Is there a real way to do a similar import?
From what I tried:
Ever2One - does not work.
stefanstools.sourceforge.net/Evernote2Onenote.html - seems to work, but not right. Not everything imports, many notes are not working, etc. Also does not work with Russian notepad names.
https://github.com/shakna-israel/onetoever - not working. You can rewrite the vbs code, but I'm not sure if it works.
notebatch - seems to work, but costs $25. The demo successfully imported one record.
