How to import exsel file into psd image using node.js?

There is an exsel file with a table of participants in the game for 20 people. And a psd file with a table in a more acceptable form, into which data is entered from an exsel file. I looked, and found a way to import them using photoshop (honestly, I don’t understand it) excel file directly, without entering all the data by hand.
So, is it possible to somehow do this automatically through the node?
Are there any other ways besides node? What are the options?
I heard someone did something similar with the help of Google clouds, but I'm not sure.

Perhaps it is worth digging in the direction of the built-in ActionScript in photoshop (I think it was called that), perhaps its api will give you the ability to read files
