How to implement the simultaneous use of two Internet providers Mikrotik?

Hello everyone, please advise. It is necessary to organize a network for the work of private security companies. There is a service that processes device requests. The problem is that devices send requests to 2 providers that are connected to the same network, but the second provider starts working only after auto-switching to it. Is it possible to implement simultaneous and continuous receipt of requests on two WAN ports, and for example mark HTTP and HTTPS so that only 1 provider is used?

@Drno

to be honest, it's not clear what you want to do.
Do you need incoming connections from devices? or outgoing?
For http - take users to a separate subnet and make them a route to the desired provider, for example, routing. because not only ports 80 and 443 are used for http\https
