How to implement Server mode on APC UPS in Open-e DSS storage?

There is a DSS Open-e storage
. APC UPS is connected to it
. It has many iSCSI disks from other servers.
How to make these servers turn off as soon as 220 disappears
How can they connect to port 3551 to monitor the status of the UPS on the storage?
