the former are only with surge protection, the latter are additionally provided with battery power.
UPS&/Surge Protection for system unit and monitor
Surge Protection for printer, speakers, etc.
If you have a laser printer or laser MFP, then it is recommended to plug it into a non-redundant outlet (the one you have labeled Surge Protection), because during warm-up the laser printer consumes a lot of power and low-power UPSs will be cut down from such a load (protection will work), together cutting down the PC with them, but no one wants this.
