How to implement "reverse connection"?

There are 2 devices.
Device A and B.
Both on Linux OS connected to the Internet.
It is necessary that device A connects to device B (via ssh). And device B was able to access the Internet through device A (use A as a proxy).
That is: the 1st connects to the 2nd via ssh. And the 2nd uses the 1st as a proxy to access the Internet.
PS Unfortunately, you can not connect the 2nd to the 1st. 1st for NAT.
Tell me how this can be implemented?
