How to implement remote GUI login on Xubuntu?

Today I ran into an interesting question, even confused from absolute ignorance of what to do.
In general, there is a server at home on which Xubuntu is running. The browser is constantly open with a page displaying the weather in the city. Sometimes I connect to it through TeamViewer and do some settings.
And here is the question. Is it possible to somehow make the picture on the monitor come from one user (so that it is in it that the browser with the weather is launched), and I connect to another user, from under which the programs I need were launched?

Keywords: vnc, nx. Over the local network, if xserver is running on the local machine, you can run graphical applications directly from ssh -X
