How to implement inertial horizontal swipe?

There is a container, inside which is a block of greater length. The indoor unit needs to be swiped horizontally inside the container. I made a simple scroll of the inner block on the touch event. But I would like to add dynamism and make an inertial swipe, when after the swipe is completed, the block still moves for some time and gradually stops.

Are there ready-made solutions for such an implementation?
