How to implement fragment transition in registration style?

When registering, Google alternately asks for a name, age, login, etc. If it doesn’t seem to me, then there are transitions between fragments, but the button next stands motionless, can this be a button in the main activity? It just seemed to me that it would be more correct to create a separate button in each new fragment. Now I'm trying both, I can not decide on the choice. Please tell me the correct option

The button should be on every fragment. To do otherwise is strange, IMHO. Most likely transitions are used and the button is just in the same place.
