Why is the sane scanner server not working through a reversed ssh tunnel?

The server is running Ubuntu 14.04, openssh, saned (scanner server)
On the Android client, JuiceSSH (ssh client), saneDroid (scanner client) A scanner
is connected and configured to the server, saned listens on port 6566. When scanning starts, saned also opens port 6567 to transfer photos from the scanner.
Forwarded ports 6566 and 6567 of the server to the localhost of the client.
I launched sanedroid on the client, entered the host in the settings - localhost. I updated the list of devices, the scanner was determined through the ssh tunnel, I click the scan button, the server opens port 6567 for data transfer, but unlike the case when I access the server by its ip and not the ports forwarded through the ssh tunnel, the port immediately closes , error 13 on the server, error on the client during the scan. What is the problem?
