How to implement component output inside complex news component?

Essence of the question.
There is a catalog (a complex component of the catalog), I made a selection of the properties of the catalog through the component (Top elements of the catalog). Also on the site there are a lot of articles implemented on the component (Complex News Component). Gentlemen, how to insert the Top elements of the catalog into news.detail? As far as I know, Bitrix does not allow the output of a component in a component, but I think the gurus know how to do this.
Ps Creating a property based on a binding to an element will not work, there are a lot of properties in the catalog, the selection was made according to strict criteria.

In the news.detail template, create the component_epilog.php file and insert the top element component into it.
