The site has a strange problem.
When creating a section through the control panel, a completely empty page is created without registration require($_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"]."/bitrix/footer.php") and require($_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"]."/bitrix/header.php ") and without .section.php in the folder.

The ready-made solution "SIMAI-SF4" is installed, but I doubt that this problem is due to the solution.
