Hello! There is a task: to automatically cover up the area in the picture when it is uploaded to the site...
Details: When uploading an image to the form for adding a product, it is necessary that the plugin (or something that I don’t know yet) cover up or put a watermark on the area with the serial number (if there is one in the photo)... I know that it is possible to implement this on neural networks, but this is the last thing I would like to use... In which direction to dig? The project uses React and native js (a little jq)...

We hire a team of developers, write a neural network with them, train for a long time. We get the result. Just a few tens of thousands of dollars and everything will work.
I don't think it's worth it. It is easier to give the user the opportunity to select the area that needs to be blurred.
