There is a server/gateway through which the whole company go to the Internet. Configured cleaning ads and antivirus.
But it doesn't work on https traffic. Please suggest a solution to this problem.

Try to block ads at the DNS level using systems that maintain blacklists, for example
https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardHome and the like

try nextdns.io. Register dns for yourself
