How to implement a project-bound text snippet library in VS Code?
For writing texts (not code) using MarkDown, there is a (distraction free) WriteMonkey editor. It implements what the author called Repository. Its essence is that a certain repository of snippets (pieces of text, links, images, etc.) is attached to the document. You can put these snippets there either by copying from the text of the document, or from the clipboard. Can this be done in VS Code? So that the contents of this "repository" can be viewed, searched for and, ideally, assigned tags). First of all, I'm interested in text snippets. The main use case is to save notes, quotes, finished paragraphs, etc. for later use (in most cases disposable) when writing text. I would like this snippet repository to be tied to a project, not a document.
Maybe there is a plug-in for this or is it possible to implement it with standard tools?
