Hello! Such a problem:
When reposting a post from the site to vk, the user who made the repost was given a promo code. I already figured out how to repost a record from a site to a contact, but the problem remains issuing the code itself only to those who made the repost ..
+ a small problem - html pages - so it is advisable to implement it under Js / JQuery.

vk.com/dev/likes.getList, you need the filter copies parameter - reposted
onmironov.ru/webdev/vkontakte-api-vybor-pobeditely... here is an example of development. you will need to select those who have not yet received and send them a message =)
