How to identify an RFID tag?

I welcome everyone! Can anyone help, tell me how to determine what type such an rfid tag belongs to?
Card readers at 125 kHz, 13.56 MHz do not respond to these marks, but they are 100% working. I don't have a UHF reader. And by the looks of it I'm not sure if these tags are UHF band.
Can such a label be UHF or are there any other types?

I checked such labels, assembling a circuit on an arduino, by reading such labels

Finally figured out what it was.
It turned out to be a 13.56MHz NFC ISO-15693 I-CODE2 tag, based on NXP's UID.
The readers I have used do not support this standard. Although the description says about all possible protocols in the 13.56 MHz range.
