How to highlight tag content in VSCODE?

Hello! I used Sublime, it had a very convenient function for selecting the contents of a tag with the ctrl + shift + a command, now I switched to VSCODE, but I did not find such a function in it. Installed Quick and Simple Text Selection and it will select only the text content of the tag, not the entire content. Is it possible to highlight in VSCODE?
