How to highlight countries on a Yandex map?

The task is next. Highlight the entire country in one color or another, depending on certain country parameters. When hovering over a country, show options related to that country to the user. The remaining countries (for which there are no parameters) should be made white.
Is it even possible? The "Regions" service does not quite meet the requirements (firstly: you need to highlight the entire country, without splitting into regions, and secondly: it covers only 4 countries as a standard).
Hoping for some expert help :)

Actually on webguruz.ru/web-developer/google-maps/countries-border (link provided by maxyc_webber) there is a link to the coordinate base of country borders. As for me, it is not presented in the most convenient form for use, here everyone can convert it for themselves. So, using this data in a cycle, we build ordinary polygons on the map, and that's it, no troubles.

Nothing. The client will gladly set himself the IP that he wants.

The client can set himself any IP (this is prohibited at the client level, for example, by access rights or domain policies), and the switch and router can prohibit the use of "other" IPs (but with a number of reservations).

Create an account with limited rights in the OS, and prohibit editing network settings. Otherwise, no way.
