How to hide Windows desktop remote administration software?

How to hide remote administration programs (Team Viwer, Amy, etc.) so that there are no outward signs of launch, for those who are not particularly versed in the taskbar, in particular, it is not important in processes.
At the moment, there is Team Viewer, but it constantly hangs in the taskbar and employees sometimes close it. Tried Amy, works but same story.

Tim viewer does not. And then it will fall under the category of spyware
In the settings there is an option to disable exit + set a password to enter the settings
Now let them kill all processes in the manager, it will restart again
And for stealth there is radmin but its antivirus will set it on fire. What is being done, to bypass its signatures costs money and a temporary solution
. And yes, what did the remote desktop not please?

Is there money?) and immediately after the second question. Is there some kind of software in there?). Is it impossible to administer without third-party software?)
Let me even clarify right away. Software of this kind is not needed at all. Even with a minimum budget in a shitty office. Everything is handled by regular means.

Not every software has such settings, UltraVNC has

No way.
Bourgeois - they are very concerned about privacy, you know, they will easily drag you to court for this. Therefore, they simply do not have such settings. There is something similar in DameWare, there is such a mode in RAdmin, but the version with such a mode is "on request".

Look at the teamviewer settings, there is a "prohibit closing". And in general, you can disable the password to climb its settings.
radmin could run in stealth mode, but it only works when the computer is available via IP.

As mentioned above UltraVNC, install as a service. And remove all admin rights from users, if any.
