How to hide column values with formula, for blank data?

Column C calculates the sum of today's value from column B, adding to it yesterday's sum from C. For example С3=C2+B3
, how to hide the values of column C, for those rows whose date has not yet arrived? And that at filling of a column B they these values appeared.
