How to hide a program in windows?

Hello. At work, on a working PC, the secret net program is installed, which does xs what it does (it can follow us), as well as dameware, for remote access. All computers in the company in the domain. The question is this - how can I hide the work of the teamviewer program? Periodically, you need to get on your home computer. But the company prohibits self-installation of programs, as well as the use of teamviewer. Is there a way to somehow hide the program, for example, using some kind of hot keys? Can dameware see my desktop without being connected? Is there any alternative to teamweaver, with the possibility of a hidden launch? Is Secretnet firing what's happening on my desktop?

1. Secret no - yes, follow.
2. Damevara to watch the desktop secretly - yes, easily.
3. Bezy and admins are gods in the domain, and you are users. It is almost impossible to hide anything from the gods.
In this situation, there is only one option, and even then, if not banned - web bypasses. Put a console with web access at home, buy (ask someone for a thread) a domain (well, let it be) of the third level. and go (not often) to your home on the web.
With the domain, theoretically, I can help. And set up the whole kitchen. Theoretically - because I don’t know what kind of organization and what papers they signed during employment. So, again, is it really necessary? With web access, you can also climb home from your phone ...
Something like that.
P.S. And I hope there are no GPRS jammers?

teamviewer is essentially a VPN with a server on the internet. Accordingly, from the server side, you are vulnerable, i.e. if necessary, they will receive any information from any computer connected to the VPN, as well as from anyone that is on the same network as the VPN connected.
The way out is any alternative VPN option. I recommend OpenVPN.
In addition, you can not install OpenVPN in Windows, but use the "portable" version - this will help to hide from the security guards (here it depends more on the security policy, if you are completely paranoid in your office, it will not help and in general - nothing will help then, but since you use teamviewer, then apparently you are not completely paranoid and there are chances).
For VPN to work without a server on the Internet, it would be nice to buy a static IP address from the operator at home, but you can get by with setting up DDNS.
