How to grow from a coder into a front-end developer?

I've been making up for 2 years. How to smoothly move over and become a front-ender? I constantly make projects for 1-3 days. I want to develop, otherwise I rested my head on the ceiling. Maybe some tasks to ask managers to increase the skill?

I would like to see your technology stack. Because the phrase is very abstract and it is difficult to understand what you really know how to do.
For example, how are you doing with: canvas, svg, less, flex, sass, js, jquery, typescript, angular? What css framework do you know? What about micromarking? How is the understanding of Material Design?
Because the ceiling for html and css is only the first floor. Describe your skill in more detail so that we can give you advice. So far, only speculation.

run fools. Every day a new framework, library, and a lot of things, don't get involved in this sect, learn php/ruby/pyhton or typeset on pure css/html and you will be happy :D
