How to group your buttons in a dropdown list in the toolbar?

You can add your own buttons from External tools to the toolbar. I spied the solution from the question How to make a button on the toolbar to run a script in PhpStorm?
If I have several such buttons, can I somehow group them into a drop-down list? Where to place the drop-down list is not important. It is possible in the toolbar, it is possible in the main menu (for example, to the right of Help), it is possible in any of the items.

Basically, I added my buttons to the dropdown menu in the same File, but they go in a row right in the File. I would like to make a submenu of my items
